Event 2015-16

 CLOTH FOR CHARITY

For we were made and the big aim to achieve, we have organised a five step donation program in pan Delhi. This was one of the biggest program which we have planned and executed in a swift style.

The idea was launched in the Executive body 5 months earlier and was readily accepted in the meeting. From there on we started planning and then informing people in our areas by different members. It was then month of December when a huge response came and the people willingly donated the used and new cloths. Then started the team effort to distribute to the needful and it was done step by step along with the collection program which went on till February 2016.

STEP ONE

         Program organized for donation at 0400 p.m. at Yamuna Pusta and around 400 cloths were given among men, women and children

STEP TWO

         Program organized for donation at 0430 p.m. at DAV Collage and around 280 cloths were given among men, women and children

STEP THREE

         Program organized for donation at 0330 p.m. at Yamuna Pusta and around 450 cloths were given among men, women and children

STEP FOUR

         A Collective program by MIHU members group reached at 0430 p.m. Rain Basera, ISBT near Hamuman Mandir and with the help of local boys at that place donated and around 650 cloths were given among men, women and children

STEP FIVE

            A Collective program by MIHU members group was organized and the cloths donated near Khajuri

67^thREPUBLIC DAY 2016

Its all about our Constitution and Democracy. Andwe have to deliver for  the Democracy which was celebrated with the underprivileged Sections of the Society at the Khajoori Khas and participated by some of the prominent people of the area.

Mr. Shambhu Jha, Mr. Kamal S Bisht, Mr. Vinay Pandey and Mr. Anoop Pandey has given emphasis on aim to achieve the true values of Democracy.

We organized a learning based questionnaire with the people associated with this. The program began by hosting national flag and singing national anthem. Talent search program by Kids was a performance by kids with games, singing and dancing.

 

Award to MIHU this Year

In continuation to last year, this year also coming as opportunity with excellence by our efforts on the children who are members of the NGO.

We participated in the event organized by YMCA as NEW DELHI YMCA

12^thYUVA UTSAV & NGO MELATheme ‘Environment’andraised as a winners of the TROPHYAwardin different categories received by the Team MIHU among around 42 NGO’s of Delhi. Moreover our Dance Group of Children also came 1^stin debate competition, 1^st in Free Style dance competition, 2^nd in Dressing Upraceand 2^ndin Rajsthani Folk Dance.

Surely, again it was one of the event where we give our presence in all aspects with the achievements and appreciation in such participations.

NEW DELHI YMCA

12^thYUVA UTSAV & NGO MELA

We participated for our NGO’s under one Roof, organized by YMCA on 6^th November, 2015.

We also hada team of children and youth from slums and for this event and then divided them as per the different discipline given to us by YMCA.

We participated in Folk Dance, Poster Making, Rangoli, Mehandi, Talent Search and Race. Weas usualencouraged the children for Stage to perform with their hidden talent. It was again a great DAY for us to come out as the “DIFFERENT TROPHY” in4 different categories. The Core Team of Mrs. &Mr. Shambhu Jha, Mr. Kamal S Bisht, Mr. Lalit, Mr. Anoop Pandey, also shared their views with visitor at our Stall regarding our Theme ‘Environment’. We placed the paintings, canvas, drawing, art and some creative Work which was actually done by the rural craftsmen and the children. A great memory and winning awardsleads us with the promise to achieve excellence also in the Next year Participation.Moreover our Dance Group of Children also came 1^st in debate competition, 1^st in Free Style dance competition, 2^nd in Dressing Uprace and 2^nd in Rajsthani Folk Dance.

WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY

On the occasion of the World environment Day we celebrated with Children, Women and Youth on 5^th June 2015 has been organized by MIHU.

We have the serious discussion on the cleanliness and Health with friendly Environment and the Natural Resources.

Also that the pre-set atmosphere has been harming the balance in the natural Process controls and can be disastrous if not taken into consideration. So our motto is to come, discuss and implement the decisions for bright future.

WORKSHIOP IN SUMMER VACATIONS

Our members have organized a Workshop for one month for the children in association with Ankur Play Garden Pocket F, MayurVihar-II. The main emphasis was on Art, Craft, play, dance, e.t.c. The students and children participated very enthusiastically and learnt so many things in the group.
